We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade based in Sidcup.

Day to Day for Carpenter Multi Trade:

Carrying out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties, with a focus on carpentry and external works such as fencing
Providing excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting tenants
Using a PDA system for job management
Requirements for Carpenter Multi Trade:
Qualified to NVQ or City & Guilds (C&G) level in Carpentry
Proven experience in external works, particularly fencing
Experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a carpenter, joiner, or multi trade operative with expertise in external works, particularly fencing, and a background in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties.
