Sidcup Area
A well-run, consistently busy body shop is looking for skilled technicians to join its team –Monday - Friday hours, 8am–5pm, with no weekend work ever.
If you want strong pay, stable days, and a workshop that’s organised rather than chaotic, this is the kind of role that makes a real difference to work–life balance.
Paint Sprayer:
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- ÂŁ39,000 pa
- High-standard paint work on damaged vehicles
- Paint mixing, colour checking, and spray-outs
- Prep, priming, filler work, and plastic repairs
- Oven and air-pressure setup
- Quality checks and job card accuracy
- Maintain paint rooms and use extraction at all times
- Liaise with workshop teams and report issues
Prepper Polisher:
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- ÂŁ35,000 pa
- Prepare vehicles for paint
- Complete de-nibbing and polishing
- Work on vehicles pre- or post-refit
- Liaise with workshop teams and report issues
Requirements:
- Previous bodyshop experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow process and job cards
- Confident working in a fast-paced workshop
