Legal Assistant

£30,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience)

Office Based in Sidcup

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

Our client, based in Sidcup is looking for a legal assistant to join their fun-loving, fast-growing team. This is a superb opportunity for career progression within an expanding company that specialises in Lettings and Block Management. Due to growth within the block management department, we have an opportunity to join their team to manage the legal aspect of the department. Your role will be within the block team split between the London and Sidcup offices managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.

Key Duties -

  • Have a good understanding of property legislation
  • Dealing with solicitors, surveyors, leaseholders and clients daily, taking ownership of queries and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with property sales LPE1 enquires and legal transactions.
  • Obtaining title documents.
  • Other relevant admin tasks.
  • Actioning Companies House and legal secretary duties.
  • Be able to deal with high pressure situations
  • Have an excellent level of customer service skills
  • A good keen eye for detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Is motivated, enthusiastic individual and a team player
