What We’re Looking For:
- A full UK driving licence is a bonus, but not essential.
- Recruitment experience (especially in manufacturing) is ideal, but we’re willing to train the right person!
- Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Source top talent for various sites across the region.
- Ensure compliance and find the best-fit candidates for every role.
- Provide an on-call service to clients 1 in every 3 weeks – become the go-to person!
- Handle payroll weekly like a pro!
