Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily service
Manage stock levels and kitchen ordering
Proven experience as a pizza chef (wood-fired oven experience a bonus)
Leadership qualities and team spirit
Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
