The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely alongside the Directors, taking a pivotal role in delivering large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. Key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will include:

  • Leading residential developments from inception to completion.
  • Managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract services.

  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • 3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
  • Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Good communication skills
