Lettings Negotiator
Our client is seeking a highly motivated lettings professional to join our successful and fast-paced team.
About the CompanyBased in their Sidcup office, our client has been serving Sidcup, Bexley, and the surrounding areas for over 30 years, building strong relationships with many repeat landlords while continuing to grow and attract new business opportunities.
We’re looking for a proactive and driven individual to become an integral part of our Sidcup lettings team. You should be self-motivated, show great initiative, good attention to detail and thrive in a busy environment, with the opportunity to progress quickly within the company. Being a team player is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Register new applicants
- Arrange and attend property viewings
- Liaise between landlords and tenants
- Negotiate and agree lets
- Keep our lettings database up to date
- Canvass for new business opportunities
- Conduct property inspections
- Achieve and exceed performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with a keen interest in the lettings industry
- Excellent rapport-building and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and professional approach
- Good attention to detail
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (taxed and insured)
Working Hours:9am - 6pm - 5 days per week including every other Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 OTE
