We are currently recruiting a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant within a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Welling.

The Role:

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work alongside a specialist teacher to deliver tailored interventions and provide in-class support. Pupils will primarily remain in their mainstream classes, accessing the provision for targeted support as needed.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing communication-focused strategies and resources to help pupils access learning across the curriculum. Alongside your work within the provision, you will also support children in mainstream classrooms to enhance their understanding and communication.
