Key Duties
- Oversee the team day-to-day, allocating job roles.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet residents' needs.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures.
- Administer medication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
