We are looking for a Construction Administrator for an established, very successful family business in Bedfordshire.
They are a family owned, very successful business, whose trademark is delivering unique, high-end houses in sought after locations.
They are looking for a Construction Administrator for Maternity Cover. There will be a solid handover period on joining.
The role: Construction Administrator
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the office. Working very closely with the 2 business owners’ duties will include:
- Managing email correspondence through dictation
- Keeping insurance policies current
- Updating tenancy renewals and ensuring compliance with boiler and electrical certificates
- Monitoring vehicle tax and insurance
- Overseeing snag rectification during construction and maintenance post-sale
- Organizing schedules efficiently

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a background in the construction industry.
The right fit will be highly organized, adept at multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and Excel skills are essential.
Working hours 8.30-5 – Monday to Friday
