We are recruiting Production Operatives for a temp to perm position in Silverstone, with a starting salary of £16.52 per hour for weekday overtime and £19.06 to £25.42 for Saturday overtime.
This role requires candidates to have experience in the timber industry and manufacturing, as well as confidence in working with hand and heavy tools.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 16:30, with the possibility of earning a weekly bonus capped at £100 for exceeding daily targets.
Candidates should be fit, healthy, and able to stand for long periods, with a good understanding of English.
After 12 weeks, successful candidates will transition to permanent employment.

We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Silverstone. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!

As a Production Operative your role will include

Working with hand tools such as nail guns
Working with heavy tools

The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:

Monday to Friday
07:45-16:30
Possibility for bonus which is capped at 100 per weekby exceeding daily targets
Weekday Overtime paid at 16.52 per hour
Saturday overtime paid at 19.06 - 25.42per hour

To be a successful Production Operative, you will

Have experience in the timber industry
Have experience in manufacturing
Be confident working with tools
Be fit and healthy
Be able to work on your feet all day
Speak and understand English
