We are pleased to be working alongside our esteemed client who have a new and exciting opportunity for a HR professional to take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR aspects of the business and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands on role and includes a wide range of tasks, such as:

路 Providing HR and Recruitment support

路 Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers

路 Apply for candidates working visa

路 Support the development of HR policy and procedures to drive performance - especially around employment law, L&D, organisation design, changes and implementation, employee welfare & engagement

路 Managing the HR inbox

路 Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support

路 Managing employee personal records

路 Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance & pension scheme enrolment

路 Complying with all HR regulations

路 Inputting and managing payroll information

路 Providing administrative support to managers within the business

路 Scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

路 Preparing presentations and reports

Essential Skills & Experience:

路 Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes

路 Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team

路 Proactive, positive, happy to take on and deliver HR projects, eager to develop and progress

路 Thorough attention to detail

路 Ability to work in a thriving, demanding and fast paced environment

路 Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload

路 Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial

路 Good skills in Microsoft Office such as outlook, word, excel etc

路 Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal skills

路 Solid knowledge of human resources and employment law

路 CIPD qualified

路 Good knowledge of employment legislation, UK right to work, visas, IR35, organisational design and employee welfare

路 Experience with HR systems

路 Experience processing working visas for staff
