About the Role We are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a high-profile motorsport project. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, world-class environment, producing components to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Laminating carbon fibre pre-preg components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
- Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave curing processes.
- Producing both structural and non-structural composite parts.
- Working to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Following strict health, safety, and FOD prevention practices.
- Collaborating with the wider composites team to ensure project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in motorsport, F1,or other high-performance industries.
- Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and lay-up manuals.
- Flexible to work across days, nights, and weekends.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively under pressure.
