We are excited to be working alongside our esteemed client who have a new and exciting聽opportunity聽for a聽HR Business Partner to take聽responsibility聽for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the聽HR聽aspects of the business and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands on role and includes a wide range of tasks, such as:

路聽Providing聽HR聽and Recruitment support

路聽Managing the recruitment and聽onboarding聽process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers

路聽Apply for candidates working visa

路聽Support the development of聽HR聽policy and procedures to drive performance - especially around employment law, L&D, organisation design, changes and implementation, employee welfare & engagement

路聽Managing the聽HR聽inbox

路聽Respond to employee inquiries and provide聽HR-related support

路聽Managing employee personal records

路聽Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance & pension scheme enrolment

路聽Complying with all聽HR聽regulations

路聽Inputting and managing payroll information

路聽Providing administrative support to managers within the business

路聽Scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

路聽Preparing presentations and reports

Essential Skills & Experience:


路聽Familiarity with聽HR聽and recruitment processes

路聽Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team

路聽Proactive, positive, happy to take on and deliver聽HR聽projects, eager to develop and progress

路聽Thorough attention to detail

路聽Ability to work in a thriving, demanding and fast paced environment

路聽Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload

路聽Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial

路聽Good skills in Microsoft Office such as outlook, word, excel聽etc

路聽Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal skills

路聽Solid knowledge of human resources and employment law

路聽CIPD聽qualified

路聽Good knowledge of employment legislation, UK right to work, visas, IR35, organisational design and employee welfare

路聽Experience with聽HR聽systems

路聽Experience processing working visas for staff
