Our client is part of a Group of Companies specialising in all aspects of property purchase & management,  managing a large portfolio of properties.

They are looking for a General Handyman to work for the renovations and maintenance departments. Typical work will comprise of empty properties that require full refurbishment.

Responsibilities:-

• Take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs
• Remaining within budget and time parameters
• Must have a proactive approach and able to identify issues quickly and remedy effectively
• Operate within company Health and Safety guidelines
• Remain up to date with technical and legal requirements

You will be expected to have a multitude of skills including:-

• Joinery
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Decorating
• Excellent communication to speak with both colleagues and customers

The Ideal Candidate:

This would suit a self-employed individual who is now looking for a full-time role.

All applicants must have a valid driving license, own van and tools.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
