- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Manage audit fieldwork on-site and remotely, overseeing junior staff and reviewing their work
- Build strong client relationships and provide technical advice where appropriate
- Ensure audits are delivered on time and in line with quality standards and audit regulations
- Support the training and development of junior team members
- Liaise directly with Audit Managers and Partners on technical matters and project updates
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent international qualification)
- At least 3 years’ experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and audit standards
- Experience working with a variety of clients across different sectors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
