Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Studying towards AAT qualification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
