Job Title: Production Operative
IMMEDIATE WORK
Location: Sittingbourne - Bicknor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 (Must be flexible to stay later when production requires)
Type: Full-Time- Temp
Pay: 12.21ph
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced production team? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our growing manufacturing operation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as they will be weighing/measuring ingredient from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished product
- Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools
- Monitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running
- Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues
- Store goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed)
- Report any machinery faults or production problems to Supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health & safety and company production procedures
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Flexibility to work beyond 14:00 when required
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage
