Can you set tooling and fixtures up on Fanuc CNC machines?

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively representing a market leading manufacturing business in their search for a skilled, experienced Machinist on a full time, permanent basis to join their relaxed environment – this is a ‘no stress’ role for a passionate Engineer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working independently in a manufacturing environment
• Programming, setting up and operating Fanuc CNC machines
• Following customer specifications to machine castings
• Contributing to process improvements
• Quality control and inspection
• Problem solving where necessary

To be considered you will have:

• Solid recent experience programming, setting and operating CNC Machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc programmes
• Ideally developed your skills through an apprenticeship with relevant qualifications gained
• Experience in manual turning/milling
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for Engineering!
