You will work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality audit services, while also contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the firm. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Lead audits from planning to completion, including managing staff and budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Review audit workpapers and reports
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven track record of managing audits independently
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
