IT Support Analyst – ERP, Dynamics NAVÂ
We are looking for an experience support individual who is keen to progress their IT career. The role we have will be joining a team who are responsible for the support and maintenance of their ERP system, currently Dynamics NAV with plans to move over to Business Central.Â
This is a generic support role, monitoring the mailbox, responding to user queries as well as performing system diagnostics to identify root causes and provide fixes. You will be supporting users with new developments across the ERP System, setup of new users and anything else relating to their ERP system.Â
Required Skills and Experience:Â
- Previous experience of supporting and ERP system, with any Dynamics exposure a real advantage.
- Strong customer service approach, working with users to resolve issues.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.Â
- Any experience with SQL or HubSpot is a real advantage.Â
- Experience of working with senior management and external suppliers to ensure a smooth service across the business.Â
- Maintain the reporting system to ensure it continues to run successfully.Â
