- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE (guideline only – all levels of experience considered)
- Proven experience across the full range of family law matters
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with strong billing discipline
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- IT proficient, with experience using case management systems
- Willingness to support occasional overtime, including weekends, where necessary
