- Conduct legal advice and case management across divorce, child custody, adoption, and financial settlements.
- Draft and negotiate agreements (e.g., pre-nups, separation agreements).
- Prepare for and represent clients in court when necessary.
- Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years PQE specialising in Family and Divorce law.
- Confidence and competence in both negotiation and court representation.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative ethos.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes with compassion.
