- Manage a diverse private client caseload, including Will drafting, trust advice, estate administration applications, Court of Protection work and LPA drafting
- Act as primary contact with executors, trustees and clients; progress cases efficiently and empathetically
- Supervise and mentor three junior team members, supported by legal assistants in administrative and support duties
- Engage in time-recording and billing as part of profitable practice management
- Maintain high standards of client care and ethics, aligned to firm values of transparency and personal service
- Solicitor-qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client / wills & probate / trusts / LPAs
- Strong drafting skills for Wills, LPAs, trust deeds, and probate applications
- Experience in managing Court of Protection applications and complex estates would be advantageous
- Proven ability to supervise and develop junior staff in a team setting
- Excellent time-management, client communication and billing discipline
