About the Role
Hill McGlynn is partnering with a well-established national residential developer to recruit an experienced Site Manager for their project in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven professional to oversee residential phases, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery on a large-scale development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all on-site activities for residential phases, from initial groundwork to handover.
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained and adhered to on site.
  • Monitoring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Implementing and maintaining strict site safety protocols and best practices.
  • Liaising with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Managing site logistics, deliveries, and resource planning to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant building regulations and standards.

About You
The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing residential construction sites, especially with phases up to 120 units.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
  • Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Site Management, or a related discipline.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
