Bench Worker / Fabricator

Day-to-Day of the Bench Worker / Fabricator Role:
  • Operate and set up various types of drilling machines and Pem Machines.
  • Operate and load robot and cobot welders.
  • Learn to operate CNC Laser cutting, Punchpress, and Brakepress.
  • Interpret work orders and work instructions.
  • Carry out grinding and finishing activities.
  • Perform quality drilling and grinding activities.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out fabrication tasks as required.
  • Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications of the Bench Worker / Fabricator:
  • Previous experience working in a metal fabrication environment.
  • Proficiency in quality workmanship.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
