Day-to-Day of the Bench Worker / Fabricator Role:- Operate and set up various types of drilling machines and Pem Machines.
- Operate and load robot and cobot welders.
- Learn to operate CNC Laser cutting, Punchpress, and Brakepress.
- Interpret work orders and work instructions.
- Carry out grinding and finishing activities.
- Perform quality drilling and grinding activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out fabrication tasks as required.
- Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues when required.
- Previous experience working in a metal fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in quality workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly pay with 1.5x overtime pay and profit share.
