Compliance AdministratorWe are seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to support the delivery of our compliance functions, including gas servicing, asbestos management, water hygiene, and fire safety management. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective management of reactive repairs, liaising with contractors, and supporting the Compliance Contract Manager in the day-to-day operations.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support across various compliance functions such as gas servicing, asbestos management, water hygiene, and fire safety management.
  • Manage reactive repairs efficiently, ensuring orders are correctly raised and administratively closed upon completion. Identify and highlight repeat breakdowns for further investigation.
  • Liaise with contractors to chase completion certificates and invoices.
  • Schedule and coordinate surveys and inspections, book appointments with customers while adhering to the no access policy.
  • Manage no access cases effectively, collaborate with the Landlord Services/Housing Team, and assist with preparing paperwork for court appearances.
  • Maintain accurate records and invoicing, and provide reports to support the management of contractors and consultants.
  • Support the Compliance Contract Manager by arranging meetings, taking accurate notes, and ensuring effective record keeping.
  • Conduct post-inspections on completed works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a compliance or facilities management environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems for record keeping and reporting.
  • Awareness and sensitivity to diverse customer needs, with the ability to provide tailored responses.
