Quality Control Administrator
Sittingbourne
£25k - £28k DOE
Monday – Friday
My client is looking for a Quality Control Administrator to join their growing team to support with ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and top-quality products. In this varied role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing customer queries, coordinating inspections, and keeping our systems up to date. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and our Quality Control department to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
Duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone & email
- Coordinating inspections using an online system and ensuring QC Inspectors have everything they need
- Issuing non-conformance reports within 24 hours of receipt
- Updating online systems with inspection results and planned activities
- Dispatching samples and parts for customer requests
- Supporting the External Sales team with information and service delivery
- Producing weekly and analytical reports to drive continuous improvement in product quality and performance
- Assisting with upcoming product launches, ensuring everything is on track for success
- Helping prepare for customer visits and supporting ongoing quality projects
- Any other duties required
The successful QC Administrator will have/be:
- Previous experience in a quality control administration position within manufacturing.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate.
