Job Description:
Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in primary schools across Sittingbourne? Whether you want full-time or part-time hours, we have a variety of roles to fit your availability.
You'll support teaching teams by stepping into classrooms to maintain a calm, productive learning environment during teacher absences, across all primary year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage behaviour effectively
- Support pupils to complete work and stay on task
- Report any concerns or feedback to senior staff
- Work across all primary year groups
- Be a positive, approachable presence for pupils and staff
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar classroom support role
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence in leading lessons and engaging young learners
- Flexible, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Availability for full-time or part-time roles
