As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
- Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
- Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
- Working full-time day shifts, 40 hours per week - mainly supernumerary but flexibility is required to lead on the floor when required
- Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents

- Annual salary of circa 50,000
- Hourly rate of 24 per hour, plus paid breaks
