Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
  • Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
  • Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
  • Working full-time day shifts, 40 hours per week - mainly supernumerary but flexibility is required to lead on the floor when required
  • Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
