- Creating and sending quotes based on information received
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintaining and updating customer records on internal systems

- Working closely with internal departments to support client needs

- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
