Join Our Client as an HR Manager!
Are you an enthusiastic HR professional looking to make a real impact? Our client is excited to invite applications for the position of HR Manager at their dynamic organisation in Skelmersdale!
Location: Liverpool, UKSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
As a key player in their team, you will drive HR initiatives that align with their business goals and foster a thriving workplace culture. If you hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above and have a passion for people management, they want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Strategise & Align: Develop and implement HR strategies that support their overall business objectives.
- Recruit & Select: Manage the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
- Performance Management: Oversee a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance across the organisation.
- Employee Benefits: Enhance their employee benefits programmes, focusing on compensation, health, and wellness initiatives.
- Compliance Matters: Ensure legal compliance in all human resource activities.
- Support & Guide: Provide expert guidance to HR staff and management on various HR-related issues.
- Engage & Motivate: Foster a positive working environment that enhances employee engagement.
- Change Management: Drive and manage change within their organisation effectively.
- Develop Talent: Conduct training and development programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Address Issues: Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures with professionalism.
What You Need:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- A valid driving licence
- Experience in manufacturing and production would be beneficial but not essential.
