What You'll Do:

  • Strategise & Align: Develop and implement HR strategies that support their overall business objectives.
  • Recruit & Select: Manage the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
  • Performance Management: Oversee a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance across the organisation.
  • Employee Benefits: Enhance their employee benefits programmes, focusing on compensation, health, and wellness initiatives.
  • Compliance Matters: Ensure legal compliance in all human resource activities.
  • Support & Guide: Provide expert guidance to HR staff and management on various HR-related issues.
  • Engage & Motivate: Foster a positive working environment that enhances employee engagement.
  • Change Management: Drive and manage change within their organisation effectively.
  • Develop Talent: Conduct training and development programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Address Issues: Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures with professionalism.

What You Need:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
  • Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • A valid driving licence
  • Experience in manufacturing and production would be beneficial but not essential.
