  • Removing waste and baling cardboard and plastic for recycling.
  • Emptying bins, sweeping, and maintaining internal and external areas.
  • Operating a floor-cleaning machine and assisting with seasonal outdoor tasks such as weeding and clearing leaves.
  • Supporting ad-hoc site tasks such as moving office furniture, disposing of obsolete stock, and basic painting or repair jobs.
  • Loading and unloading goods with a forklift truck (FLT license desirable).
As the General Operative, you will have the following skills/experience:
  • Practical, hands-on approach to varied tasks.
  • A valid FLT Counterbalance license (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining site standards.
