About the role of Sales Advisor
As the Sales Advisor, you'll be in a key role for progression and earn a commission with potential earnings up to 45k!
You'll become an integral part of a Property Development company, whose values ensure you are looked after and progress.
Responsibilities for Sales Advisor
- Take control of your sales portfolio, nurturing client relationships and monitor competitor incentives to ensure you stay ahead of the game.
- Accompany clients to site to view plots and keep track of the build progress.
- Report to the Head of Sales and be mentored by the team to get you where you need to be to succeed.
- Working Thursday - Monday 10am - 5pm, you can still enjoy your weekends whilst taking Tuesday and Wednesday off.
Requirements for Sales Advisor
- Motivated person wanting to progress in their career
- UK Driving License
- Experience within a sales role is ideal - if not, apply anyway and bring your personality
- Knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite

- Salary 25k - 30k (45K OTE)
