Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Confident across all sections of the kitchen and able to support junior team members
  • Passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Has a solid understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing service demands
  • Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard during service
  • Managing a designated section of the kitchen with efficiency and care
  • Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Upholding all health and safety and food hygiene practices
  • Taking part in training and helping junior team members grow
