This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience who is looking to work alongside a respected Head of Department on a varied and high-quality caseload.
The Role:You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
- Title checks, searches, and drafting contracts
- Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
The role requires someone confident in managing a busy caseload independently, with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll play a key part in maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation for client service and efficiency.
