The Role - Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
* Plan, deliver and assess high-quality EYFS learning experiences
* Support children's early development across communication, social, emotional and physical areas
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Use continuous provision and play-based learning to inspire young minds
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents and external professionals
* Promote positive behaviour, independence and curiosity in all children
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS - essential
* Experience teaching within an Early Years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication, creativity and organisation skills
* A nurturing, enthusiastic and child-centred approach
