Regional Manager – Elderly Care (East Midlands)
£55,000–£65,000 + Electric Car + Quarterly Bonus (15%)

A leading elderly care provider is on the hunt for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead up to six care homes across the East Midlands. This is a key operational role overseeing care quality, compliance, team performance, and commercial success — all while living the organisation’s mission to put people first.
The Role:
- Lead & develop Home Managers
- Drive care standards, occupancy, and recruitment
- Own regional P&L
- Ensure compliance and excellence in care
- Champion team culture and engagement
What They’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2+ years recent experience as Regional Manager of at least 4 elderly care homes
- Health & Social Care Level 3 (or Nurse with active PIN)
- Confident leader, strong communicator, results-focused
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with travel
- Within 1hr 15m commute of NG34
