A leading elderly care provider is on the hunt for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead up to six care homes across the East Midlands. This is a key operational role overseeing care quality, compliance, team performance, and commercial success — all while living the organisation’s mission to put people first.

The Role:

  • Lead & develop Home Managers
  • Drive care standards, occupancy, and recruitment
  • Own regional P&L
  • Ensure compliance and excellence in care
  • Champion team culture and engagement

What They’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2+ years recent experience as Regional Manager of at least 4 elderly care homes
  • Health & Social Care Level 3 (or Nurse with active PIN)
  • Confident leader, strong communicator, results-focused
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with travel
  • Within 1hr 15m commute of NG34
