Your Role:
  • Monitor and improve compliance across multiple care homes

  • Lead internal audits, prepare for external inspections

  • Train and develop home leaders and senior carers

  • Support struggling services to raise care standards

  • Help manage complaints, safeguarding, and care metrics

Requirements:
  • 2+ years as a Deputy Manager or similar in elderly care

  • 1+ year experience delivering training (e.g. manual handling, meds, fire safety)

  • NVQ 3 (minimum); willing to work toward NVQ 5/7 or be a registered nurse

  • Confident with Excel, Word, and email

  • Full driving licence and able to travel regularly

  • Based within 30 miles or 60 mins of Sleaford
