Salary: £36,000 + mileage + 10% performance bonus
Location: Based near Sleaford, Lincs with travel across 6 care homes

Monitor and improve compliance across multiple care homes

Lead internal audits, prepare for external inspections

Train and develop home leaders and senior carers

Support struggling services to raise care standards

Help manage complaints, safeguarding, and care metrics

2+ years as a Deputy Manager or similar in elderly care

1+ year experience delivering training (e.g. manual handling, meds, fire safety)

NVQ 3 (minimum); willing to work toward NVQ 5/7 or be a registered nurse

Confident with Excel, Word, and email

Full driving licence and able to travel regularly

Based within 30 miles or 60 mins of Sleaford
