Location: Sleaford NG34
Pay: 90 - 106 per day

  • Encouraging positive choices through supportive, nurturing strategies
  • Contributing to a classroom atmosphere that feels consistent, safe and predictable
  • Getting involved in practical, hands-on learning both indoors and outdoors

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in education or SEND
  • Confidence supporting SEMH needs or behaviour-related challenges
  • A warm, steady approach and the ability to stay composed in busy situations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A genuine commitment to helping young people overcome barriers and progress
