Are you ready to take on a key role in the fast-paced world of healthcare logistics? This position involves managing and monitoring operational activities to ensure full compliance with company policies while maintaining excellent service standards across the live network.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations within the Heathrow Control Tower team.

  • Manage high volumes of emails in the Control Group inbox.

  • Develop and enforce customer-focused operational policies and procedures.

  • Handle complex and escalated operational issues alongside management.

  • Maintain accuracy of operational reporting and database records.

  • Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.

  • Monitor vendor and network partner compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing.

  • Provide weekend and out-of-hours support for general customer service processes.

Skills & Experience:
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

  • In-depth understanding of courier and freight operations including import, export, warehousing, and transport.

  • Good knowledge of world geography.

  • Familiarity with temperature-controlled packaging solutions for healthcare logistics.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
