Support daily operations within the Heathrow Control Tower team.

Manage high volumes of emails in the Control Group inbox.

Develop and enforce customer-focused operational policies and procedures.

Handle complex and escalated operational issues alongside management.

Maintain accuracy of operational reporting and database records.

Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.

Monitor vendor and network partner compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing.

Provide weekend and out-of-hours support for general customer service processes.

Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

In-depth understanding of courier and freight operations including import, export, warehousing, and transport.

Good knowledge of world geography.

Familiarity with temperature-controlled packaging solutions for healthcare logistics.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
