Freightserve recruitment is seeking a Night Shift Export AOG Operator for a niche sector Freight Forwarder located in Colnbrook, Berkshire.
The role involves handling all AOG shipments from start to finish, completing export documentation, customs entries, and liaising with airlines and transport companies.
Candidates must have air export experience, the ability to work under pressure, and strong customer service skills, with ideally a car for transportation.
The position requires working four nights on and four nights off from 7pm to 7am.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

Role & Responsibilities:

Handling all AOG shipments (Start to finish)
Completing all Export documentation (MAWB's and HAWB's)
Completing customs entries
Dealing with post flights
Liaising with Airlines and Transport companies
Dealing with all Pre-alerts

Required experience:-

Air Export experience
Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
Team player
Customer Service (Highest level)
Good time keeping / Attendance
Ideally car driver

Working hours are 4 nights on 4 nights off 7pm - 7am
