We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing market leader within ENT, Gynaecology, Dental & the Forensic sectors. They have doubled turnover since 2016 and are forecasted to continue this exponential growth over the next few years, hence the need for a new field service engineer to join the team in South East England!

Role Overview:
This opportunity will focus on a range of equipment including:
- Microscopes
- Patient furniture
- Stack systems
- Cameras
- Software platforms
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installation for all equipment
- Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment
- Providing excellent quality support for all customers when required
- Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide customer feedback and insights
Person Specification:
- Qualified HNC/HND is preferred
- Experience working in a Field Service Engineer role, with a good electro-mechanical background
- Software and Hardware experience is preferred
- Full Driving License
- Willing to stay away from home occasionally
Package:
- Base salary up to 40k (dependent on experience)
- Bonus minimum £15K a year
- Bupa Pension scheme after 12 months

- 20 days' annual leave, increasing annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days
