Our client are looking for two ambitious B2B Sales Executives to grow with them. Experience in the industry is a bonus, but not essential—you will get all the training you need.
If you’re a proactive, target-driven, confident sales executive who loves building relationships and closing deals, this could be the perfect next step.
You will be guaranteed a basic salary of £30-35k but on top of this there are lots of targets, incentives and awards. Your first year earnings could total at least £40-42k.
What will I be doing as a B2B Sales Executive in Slough?
- Managing and growing a mix of new and existing B2B accounts
- Prospecting via calls, email, social media & referrals
- Tailoring product solutions and negotiating within pricing frameworks
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver great results
- Tracking activity through a CRM system
What do I need for this B2B Sales Executive role?
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Great communication and objection-handling skills
- Confident, organised, and hungry to hit targets
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
