- Be the go-to expert on EV charging technology and e-mobility trends.
- Educate customers on the latest hardware, SaaS platforms, and backend systems (EMS, BSS, etc.).
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize your strategy.
- Provide key insights to leadership on sales performance and market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, energy tech, or smart infrastructure.
- Proven success working with municipalities, utilities, fleet operators, or automotive OEMs.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions for EV infrastructure (EMS, EVC platforms, BSS).
- A network in the UK e-mobility or clean energy ecosystem is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a structured sales process.
- Passionate about electrification and sustainability.
- Confident, persuasive, and a natural relationship builder.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive independently while staying aligned with company goals.
- Willing and able to travel across the UK as needed.
