We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts/Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork yet thrives on individual responsibilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, managing emails, and recording data.
  • Send out statements and reminders to clients.
  • Utilise SAGE 50 for posting payments and receipts.
  • Assist the accounts team with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate checking and processing of information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts administration.
  • Proficiency in SAGE 50 and MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Desirable experience in Freight Forwarding.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to drive to/from work is essential due to limited public transport options.
  • Residency within 10 miles of Colnbrook.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and provide a 5-year checkable work history.
