Working closely within a team of Scientists you will use the latest SPR technology to study small molecule-drug target interactions as part of the company’s drug discovery & screening process. There will also be the opportunity to gain hands on experience with automation/robotics to achieve a high throughput process.
Responsibilities:
- Running SPR-based fragment screens and characterising molecular binding and kinetics
- Supporting screening cascades with thermal shift assays and other orthogonal techniques
- Exploring how AI tools can enhance experimental workflows and data interpretation
- Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results
Candidate profile:
- A passion for biophysics and drug discovery
- A solid understanding of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and other biophysical techniques
- An adapatable, team orientated approach and a willingness to learn
