Telesales / Sales Support – Inbound Focus with Commission and Bonus!

Location: Slough

Salary: £31,500 Monthly Commission Annual Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

(Please note: one late shift per week, 11:30am – 7:30pm)

The Role:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and process orders efficiently
  • Build lasting relationships through account management
  • Promote and upsell new and promotional product lines
  • Make outbound calls to lapsed accounts and warm prospects
  • Move promotional stock through targeted customer campaigns
  • Handle queries with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
  • Support with general admin and regular sales reporting

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in telesales, account management or internal sales
  • A confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong customer service skills – you’ll be the voice of the brand
  • A can-do attitude and proactive approach to hitting targets
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to individual and team KPIs
