We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist logistics provider for the fine art and high-value goods sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Driver / Fine Art Packer to join a professional and expanding team based in Langley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe handling, packing, and transportation of fine art, antiques, and high-end furniture throughout the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:Handling and packing a variety of fine art and furniture to a high standard
Safe loading and securing of items for transportation
Installation and de-installation of artworks and furnishings at client sites
Driving a truck locally, nationally, and across Europe
Conducting condition inspections and determining the appropriate handling and packing methods
Completing accurate documentation, including condition reports, bills of lading, and time logs
Communicating professionally with clients and internal operations teams throughout the day
Key Attributes and Requirements:Clean driving record and a valid Class 2 HGV licence
Physically fit and comfortable working at height (e.g. ladders, scaffolding)
Presentable with a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
Willingness to travel across Europe and stay overnight as needed
Experience in handling high-value or delicate goods is advantageous
Team-oriented with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
